Highland Feed & Water, Inc. (“HFW”), which operates Pittsboro Feed and Pittsboro Pet Supply, sends work-related text messages to employees who opt in. Messages cover:
These are employee account notifications. HFW does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Employees opt in by checking the consent box and signing the Employee Text Message (SMS) Consent form, a paper form completed during onboarding or at any time afterward. The box is never pre-checked. The signed form is kept in the employee's file. View a blank copy of the form.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not opt in receive the same information through posted schedules, email, or in person.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or sign a new consent form. You may also ask your store manager to remove your number.
