This policy explains how Highland Feed & Water, Inc. (“HFW”), operator of Pittsboro Feed and Pittsboro Pet Supply, handles information collected for its employee text message program, HFW Staff Alerts. Program terms are in our SMS Terms.
We use this information only to send you work-related messages you agreed to receive (schedule changes, safety notices, payroll notices, and staff announcements), to honor opt-out and help requests, and to keep a record of your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share your number only with the messaging service provider that delivers our texts (currently Twilio), solely to send messages on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law. We never sell your information.
We keep your mobile number while you are enrolled. If you opt out or leave HFW, we remove your number from the messaging system and keep your signed consent form and opt-out record in your employee file as required for recordkeeping.
Signed consent forms are stored in employee files with restricted access. Access to the messaging system is limited to authorized managers.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. To update or remove your number, contact your store manager or HFW at (919) 542-2454 or support@pittsborofeed.com.
HFW may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
